Receptionist / ASX Listed Company
Q Limited is looking for a versatile, friendly, and well organised Receptionist to join in Sydney. Your primary role as our receptionist with a varied role giving you opportunity to complete tasks as PA or Office Manager.
This is a fantastic role for an entry level candidate to get their foot in the door and help us improve and develop the inner workings of a successful Interactive Advertising Group. There is the opportunity for future career progression for the right candidate once you have proven yourself.

• Ability to work independently
• Exceptional presentation & communication skills (written and verbal)
• Knowledge of all Microsoft Office Programmes
• Well organised with the ability to multitask
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to;
• Answer incoming phone calls - PABX
• General office maintenance duties
• Ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently
• Meet and greet existing and potential clients
• Act and look professional at all times
• Organise couriers, taxis and catering
• Banking
• Collecting and dispersing mail
• Organisation of internal and external meetings
• Telephone list maintenance
• Diary organisation / setting for senior management
• Ensuring the office in neat and tidy
• Other ad hoc duties as they arise
