In this role you will use your broad skill base to assist our customers to grow their businesses online. There is plenty of room to grow to your potential and hone your skills in this varied and dynamic role. You will develop your skills in web analytics, multivariate testing, search engine optimisation and search engine marketing.
Whilst experienced web analytics and Internet marketing professionals are encouraged to apply, consideration will also be given to training the right person to fill this role.

In this role you will:
* Provide expert advice and support in the area of web analytics and internet marketing
* Analyse and prepare reports on client websites using tools such as Google Analytics,
* Implement web analytics solutions and train customers in their usage,
* Provide top quality support and consulting services to our customers
* Provide pre and post sales support for a range of web analytics applications (training will be provided),
* Develop and manage search engine marketing campaigns
* Deliver training to our customers and run pre sales seminars,
* Develop and implement internet marketing strategies,
* Maintain and improve documentation of business processes, and
* Help our business grow to the next level
The successful applicant will have strong IT technical skills as well as professional experience in a related field such as e-commerce, internet marketing, website or intranet management or similar. Professional web development experience is highly desirable and demonstrated advanced skills in JavaScript and HTML is essential. In addition to these skills excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong attention to detail and sound analytical and problem solving skills are essential.
